So... I have to make a dessert for Saturday the 18th. I'm not great with desserts, so it's my challenge.
Anyone have any ideas to jump start my mind flow?

What about some sort of bar/square? They can require less cooking, and it's more about the layering of flavors...that and they travel well. Lemon squares or chocolate chip bars..something like that? -Sarah Byrne
